These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MyJarvis website, demos, consultation forms, AI automation services, and SMS communications.
Use of Our Services
MyJarvis provides AI voice employee demos, AI automation services, consultation workflows, content systems, and related business automation support. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to us, including business details, contact information, workflow requirements, and any content or data submitted for automation or onboarding.
Consultations, Demos, and AI Outputs
Any strategy calls, demos, estimates, calculators, examples, or recommendations are provided for informational and evaluation purposes unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in business, legal, medical, financial, or customer-facing contexts.
SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from MyJarvis, you agree to receive text messages related to MyJarvis services. These may include requested demo links, consultation follow-ups, onboarding updates, service notifications, AI receptionist setup information, and promotional or marketing messages related to MyJarvis products and services.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to 4 messages per month for standard follow-up, with additional messages possible when you are actively discussing, onboarding, or receiving support for a service.
Message and data rates may apply. SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier, device, network availability, and other factors outside our control.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT. After you opt out, we may send one final confirmation message. You can request help by replying HELP, INFO, or SUPPORT, or by emailing help@myjarvis.tech.
Consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You can continue to contact us by email at help@myjarvis.tech.
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, text messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Opt-In Sources
You may opt in to MyJarvis SMS messages by submitting a website form, requesting a demo, booking a consultation, asking for follow-up, replying with an opt-in keyword, or otherwise giving us permission to text you.
We use consent and warm-intent signals to decide whether SMS follow-up is appropriate. We do not rely on raw scraped phone numbers alone for SMS marketing.
Accounts, Access, and Security
If you receive access to a client portal, dashboard, demo, automation, or other account-based service, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You may not attempt to interfere with our systems, misuse our services, reverse engineer protected parts of our platform, or use our services to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized communications.
Fees and Paid Services
Paid services, implementation work, subscriptions, retainers, or custom automation projects may be governed by a separate order form, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement between you and MyJarvis, the signed agreement controls for that specific service.
Intellectual Property
The MyJarvis website, branding, demos, workflows, templates, software, designs, and related materials are owned by MyJarvis or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain rights to business information and materials you provide to us. You grant us permission to use that information as needed to provide, improve, support, and operate the services you request.
Third-Party Services
MyJarvis may integrate with third-party services such as calendars, CRMs, messaging providers, email platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, AI model providers, and automation platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyJarvis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
